From: The Disney Princess Diet!

So, I noticed that a lot of people had added princesses and I thought it'd be nice to have them all in one place. I have included the OP's, several from other commenters, and I made up days for the princesses that we're missing when I last checked. :3

 

The Disney Princess Diet

 

Yes, I know that they're cartoons and not real people, but Disney princesses are always thin and dainty and fragile! I made up this diet, based on the Disney princesses, to hopefully make me just as cute and tiny (◕‿◕✿)

 

Each day is based on one princess.
Note: They do not have to be done in order

 

The "Snow White" Day
On this day, you can only consume apples!
They can be red or green or yellow, as long as they are not poisoned.
You do not have to peel off the skin.
Eat no less than two apples, but no more than six.

 

The "Cinderella" Day
On this day you can have a little bit of this and a little bit of that.
You can eat anything you like. The only restrictions are the number of bites per meal.
Breakfast: a cup of tea and 3 bites of anything
Lunch: 5 bites of anything
Dinner: 5 bites of anything
Do not be greedy with the size of your bites! Trying to be sneaky and stuffing your mouth for each bite will harm no one but yourself. You can do this!

 

The "Ariel" Day
Considering she was almost naked most of the time, she had to be extra-thin.
This day will be a water fast.
This day is the toughest, but we can do it!

 

The "Mulan" Day
On this day, you must follow this meal plan:
Breakfast: Green or black tea (no sugar, no milk)
Lunch: One cup of cooked white rice
Dinner: A can of salmon or tuna

 

The "Rapunzel" Day
When you wake up, eat a spoon of golden honey (representing the golden flower).
For the rest of the day, you can consume up to 500 calories.
Do not count the calories from the honey.

 

The Belle Day
Rose tea all day along with water - for obvious reasons
Soup (low calorie, maybe the cabbage soup diet recipe) - because she and the Beast drink soup

 

The Pocahontas Day
Pocahontas loved nature so have only raw foods.
Also, only water today - Pocahontas didn't have tea or diet soda.

 

The Merida Day
Three bowls of porridge (oatmeal) - she's Scottish and porridge is a traditional Scottish breakfast food.
Merida is also athletic and independent, so practice your favorite solo sport/exercise for an hour today.

 

The Aurora Day(Sleeping beauty)
Make sure to get at least 8hours of sleep
Aurora was blessed with the gifts of beauty and song. So do something to make yourself feel beautiful (paint nails, etc.) and listen to your favorite song
She was picking berries before she fell asleep, so have as many berries as you like before noon.

 

The Jasmine Day(Aladin)
Since the adventure started with a magic oil lamp, begin your day with a green salad with a teaspoon of olive oil
Jasmine flew through the air on a magic carpet, so have a cup of airy, magically low calorie popcorn

 

The Tiana Day(The Princess and the Frog)
Tianna loves food because it brings together those she loves. She cooks for others but doesn't over eat herself.
Make a healthy meal to share with loved ones (or if you don't have loved ones, share with a movie you love), but don't eat otherwise

TheAnna and Elsa (Frozen) Days
Elsa is misunderstood and has supernatural powers, much like the mono diets, and Anna is determined to complete her goal.
For these sisters, do a two day mono diet of your choosing using any frozen food you're comfortable with.
Ex. Frozen berries, ice cream, popsicles, etc.
