REASONING
- *You are above other fat girls, a hero, owning to your stunning powers of resistance. You are super-human in those heavy girls' eyes-just for resisting the urge to eat. Feel better than the girls who dig into their food uncontrollably. Believe in the power of starving like a religion that they are not able to practice.
- *FEEL your hunger. Don't try to supress it. When you're hungry, your fat is melting, you are getting smaller instead of bigger. In time you will get a wonderful high off of being hungry, and thoroughly enjoy the sensation that fat girls cannot stand.
- *What you perceive as your wants are sometimes not what you actually want. You'll be confused sometimes and you'll start to agree with the fat girl inside you, who wants food. When really, your stomach is just ordering your brain around, trying to force it to get food. You may think you want an ice cream bar, but your brain is only trying to listen to your stomach, and your stomach wants to feel full, but it feels empty. You dont have a problem with your stomach feeling empty-but your stomach does. It is going to try to get your brain to get you to eat. Many women conform to the message just because of taste, and cravings. Suddenly, they think they want it, and they can convince themselves that even though they didn't need it before, now they really need it for some excuse they can think up. Even if the decision isn't logical, your brain can literally convince you that it is a good decision to eat bad, so that your stomach gets it.
What is hunger?
The desire to numb your cravings. If all you feel is an aching twist in your stomach, that's all it takes to get thin, you're fine. Proving to yourself that you can do the undoable. Your happiness depends on how little you eat even when you feel hungry and your stomach is trying to get your brain to eat. The taste, the hunger the cravings are all really easy to resist, but Americans aren't used to getting the exact food they want immediately. When you wake up in the morning and rush straight to the scale, will you be happy with the number tomorrow? Either way, a part of you knows that happy or sad, you'd rather feel it while hungry. You'd rather feel deprived, pure, light.
What is control?
A perfect balance. Ignoring the fat girl voices and pushing your limits just beause you are able to, just because God has given you the chance to ignore your stomach. It's about not giving in no matter how weak you feel, however strong the temptation may be this time-you've beat it before. It's about defining your character-you only look like your state of mind, and as soon as you eat you know you are weak, and you might as well be 80 years old with all that skin hanging-you don't stand out the way God wanted you to. Being able to sustain yourself through sheer willpower. "I need nothing, and I will prove it to myself."
FASTING
- Days 1-5: Hunger will be average or above average typically. After day 3, hunger will almost completely disappear. After day 5, hunger and the want for food decreases dramatically. Dramatic benifits are many times seen within the first 3-5 days.
- Days 7-14: Benifits are really, really amazing. These are healing days, and your body will heal itself. By day 10 or 11, hunger will not even be there.
- Days 15-21: Benififts get more and more extreme physically, mentally and emotionally. Character is sharpened as well as everything else relative to the person. Life is completely different.
TRICKS
- Drink a glass of water ever hour, plus 3 glasses of green tea a day. And vitamins.
